Owner of Organic Distribution, Creative Production & Community Growth | AI-enabled

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role owns organic distribution, creative production, and community growth across global channels. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent brand visibility, producing fast and scalable creatives, and nurturing engaged communities — leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, creation, and distribution.

Scope and ownership increase from Intern → Fresher → Junior.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and execute organic distribution to ensure consistent brand reach and visibility
  • Produce fast, scalable creative assets: short-form videos, demo GIFs, product clips, and social/ad creatives
  • Manage and grow social channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok) based on product fit
  • Plan content calendars and continuously test formats, hooks, and creatives to improve reach and engagement
  • Build and nurture online communities (Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups, Reddit), including engagement, seeding, and feedback collection
  • Execute light PR initiatives: micro-influencer outreach, product listings, and newsletter placements
  • Leverage AI tools to speed up ideation, content creation, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis
  • Track and optimize organic metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and community activity

REQUIREMENTS

  • Intern: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
  • Fresher / Junior: 0–2 years of experience in Creative, Social Media, Community, or Content roles
  • Strong interest in social platforms, creator trends, and community-driven growth
  • Basic skills in design and short-form video creation (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for creative and social work (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI)
  • Fast execution mindset, creativity, and willingness to test and iterate
  • Strong communication skills and proactive ownership

– Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
